Milford Public Schools Celebrate 375th

March 10, 2014

Dear Members of the Milford Public Schools Family,

As most of you know, 2014 marks a special anniversary for all of us – Milford's 375th Anniversary! I am happy to report we, in concert with the city, have been actively involved in planning several great activities to commemorate this event. Here are the projects planned by the school system for students:

- Question of the Day (starts Wednesday, March 12th in all schools!)
- Video Competition - Assignment: What Makes Milford a Great Place to Live?
- Digital Scavenger Hunt
- Time Capsule
- Design an APP for Milford
- Anniversary Parade Float

A brochure containing many details for these projects appears on the district website. It can be viewed clicking the special blue 375th logo on our home page or you may click on the link below.

We are excited about the celebrations ahead and believe there is something for everyone in our united celebration of our "Small City with a Big Heart."

If you have any questions or need additional information, please contact Kathy Bonetti in my office at kbonetti@milforded.org.

Thank you and have a great week.
